The purposes of the Share the Health Tool for Alberta Heath Services Central Zone Health Promotion are:

  1. To provide narratives that describe health promotion work
  2. To provide opportunities for facilitators to tell their stories
  3. To provide opportunities for others (including community partners) to learn from and incorporate into their own practice
  4. To increase the depth of the Health Promotion annual report with actual stories from the work

 

These stories were submitted during the 2015 2016 fiscal year, and are used with permission.  They are sorted by Health Promtion Prioity. If there are further questions about the stories, please contact Jeanette Walker,(Area Manager, Public Health, Central Zone Public Health and Children's Rehabilitation Services) or the contact people cited in the story.
